Overview
By purchasing a Framer template from Brandarnia, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, billing, taxes, and order processing.
Digital Delivery and License
Upon payment completion, you will receive access to a Framer Remix Link to duplicate the template into your Framer account.
Purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the template according to the license terms specified on the product page.
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original template files or Remix Links is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Framer templates (immediate access to non-returnable digital assets), all sales are generally final.
However, we value customer satisfaction. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g., in the event of accidental duplicate purchases or unresolvable technical issues). If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days at brandarnia.agency@gmail.com, and we will assist you or arrange a refund via Paddle if appropriate.
